For a single-tower pressurized side-line ammonia stripping unit, what is the corrosion level of the three-stage condensation system used for extracting material from the side line? What materials are generally used?
The carbon steel pipes that we started using in our equipment suffered severe corrosion after about 8 months of use; most of them were then replaced with 316L steel

All components of our three-way system are made of carbon steel; only the liquid return control valve was replaced with stainless steel material during the redesign process due to severe corrosion.
