Where is the appropriate place for the safety valve on the liquid ammonia tank (15 cubic meters) to discharge its contents? 1. Send it along with the low-pressure gas to the gas holder, where it can be compressed and used as fuel for heating furnaces. 2. Send it along with the sulfuric acid gases to be burned in a flare. 3. Is there a better way to discharge these gases? Looking forward to the answer
Of course it’s a water tank; we have a cooling tower
The discharge from the ammonia-related safety valve can only go to the raw water tank; once the safety valve activates, a considerable amount of ammonia is released.
