Please advise on the temperature control range for the single-tower low-pressure full-blowout process (hydrogen sulfide and crude ammonia gas)!
Lower temperature limit: 85°C, upper limit: 93°C. Please give some advice!
Top of tower: 45; Bottom of tower: 110–150, depending on steam conditions
In the single-tower low-pressure full-blowout process, the ammonia content in the acidic gas is high and the temperature is below 85°C, causing ammonium salts to clog the pipes. At the same time, there are at least two steam tracing lines.
45°C at the top of the tower, 110°C at the bottom.
Check if ammonia extraction is being carried out along the measurement lines; if so, the temperature will be higher, with the ammonia extraction temperature ranging from 145°C to 150°C. The temperature at the bottom of the tower should be above about 155°C
