Dear friends from Sichuan, could anyone share the shutdown process log for the sulfur unit? Thank you first.
Our facility has been shut down, and we need to submit a detailed report; this was the case at least in 2007, 2010, and 2013, and we are going through the same situation now. But the person recorded each time a shutdown occurred is not necessarily the same one. It’s inevitable that there will be cases where records are not kept carefully, or where it’s not clear what needs to be recorded It’s inevitable that some flaws will be deliberately concealed; especially since those who come after look at the records of those who came before them and often fail to understand them, as they haven’t experienced those events firsthand.
