First is the process issue: during furnace heating, the process involves a chimney with negative pressure, while during operation the normal process is followed, and there is a pressure drop in the reactors. Secondly, there may be an issue with the air distribution, which leads to carbon deposition. This might not be apparent during the drying stage, but as the dryer operates, carbon accumulates in the bed layer, causing the system pressure to rise. Another issue is the poor sulfur discharge, which leads to sulfur accumulation in the system.
The analysis upstairs makes quite a lot of sense. Personally, I believe the main reason is the liquid sulfur discharge system; in particular, when new units are put into operation, the pipelines are prone to clogging, which often leads to an increase in system pressure. It is recommended to check the discharge of liquid sulfur.
It happens in normal circumstances. If it is the first time driving, it is due to design reasons or operational issues, such as valves not being installed in the required position or not being in the right place. The device is not thoroughly purged, etc. The issue with older devices is sulfur residue, which occurs when the hot standby state is not fully established. Investigate from multiple aspects
