What enters the cold sulfur inlet of the mixing valve in the sulfur recovery unit?

Are the two inlets of the mixing valve the hot inlets for hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide, while the cold inlet is for the process gas?

It’s all process gas, just going to different places at the same time
The inlet of the mixing valve has deoxygenated water, process gas, and low and high pressure steam
