The quality of the lean liquid here has always been poor. With a processing capacity of 100 tons, 10 tons are returned as reflux; as a result, the hydrogen sulfide level in this lean liquid remains at around 2,000 to 3,000 parts per million. I really don’t know what to do anymore. I’m asking if anyone has any solutions
To extract more acidic gases, I have reduced the pressure at the top of the tower to 0.07 MPa, and the pressure in the reflux tank to 0.06 MPa. The temperature at the bottom of the tower is 117.3 degrees, while the temperature at the top of the tower is 109 degrees. I previously tried raising the pressure at the top of the tower to 0.1 MPA; in that case, the temperature at the bottom of the tower was 121 degrees and the temperature at the top was 112 degrees, but the results were still not satisfactory
I’ve seen online that if sodium ions are present in the lean solution, its purification effect is poor. I measured the pH of the lean solution today; it’s between 10 and 11. I’m not sure whether this is the problem or an issue related to the processing procedures. Heat-stable salts are also factors that cannot be determined with certainty, and the laboratory is unable to handle such tests

Is there an internal leak in the rich-lean liquid heat exchanger? This has been ruled out; a sample of the lean liquid was taken at the low tower extraction valve, and the hydrogen sulfide level was still over 3000!
Has it always been like this, or is it only recent?
Previously, the catalysis process came to a halt, followed by amine removal; after that, problems arose in the internal circulation system, and it hasn’t been fixed yet. The operational parameters are all within normal ranges
