Our plant uses AMIAD for its liquid-rich filters, which are imported from Israel. However, the lean liquid filter uses a steel-wound filter screen and activated carbon for filtration, and the filter must be manually removed at the end of each shift before being rinsed with steam.

I don’t know the specific structure of your filter. I have come across a type of filter with automatic backwashing, but I dare not use it with rich liquid – the backwashed rich liquid is discharged into a lower-level tank, which is unsafe.

The design institute only does the planning; it has no idea what the actual conditions on site are. Forcing the workers on site to keep doing these labor-intensive and costly tasks day after day. How much would it cost to use an automatic backwashing system?
