Since the ratio analyzer for the sulfur recovery unit installed in our company was put into automatic operation after its initial commissioning, there have been significant fluctuations. What should we do to address this issue? Please advise! !

You can consult the manufacturer, or check whether it is related to a chain and whether it can be reset.
I adjusted it step by step; if there are no significant fluctuations in production, it’s likely a problem with the PID settings. It took me 3 days to figure out the air distribution for the 5 channels in the three furnaces. Once it’s done, it’s a solution that will last forever.
