Sulfur SO2 H2S ratio analyzer: Why do both values rise and fall simultaneously during normal operation? Has the SO2 reading dropped to zero, while temperatures such as the furnace temperature remain unchanged?

It can only be operated based on operational experience, taking into account changes in furnace temperature, reactor temperature, and the levels of sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gases
It’s likely that the sulfur dioxide sensor is faulty; the air distribution can be adjusted according to changes in furnace temperature, and the hydrogen content in the exhaust gas can be controlled – these are the two most effective methods. When our ratio sensor malfunctions, adjustments are also made based on these two factors
