The main aspects of confined space operations in our factory are as follows: 1. It is necessary to prepare proper work permits and confined space operation forms; entry must take place within 30 minutes, and the validity period of these permits shall not exceed 8 hours. 2. Laboratory technicians must conduct analyses every two hours, record various concentrations on the permit, and keep those records sealed for 8 hours. The oxygen level should be between 19% and 23%, harmful gases must be within acceptable limits, and the concentration of flammable gases must be below 10% of their explosive limit. 3. There should be one supervisor from our company and one from the construction party outside the equipment; they must communicate with those inside at least once per hour, and they must have communication devices as well as emergency equipment such as air respirators. 4. The number of people entering the equipment is limited, and they must carry a four-in-one safety device; they must come out for fresh air every hour or every 1.5 hours. 5. All personnel must carry their identification cards, which they hand over to the supervisors upon entering the equipment. The supervisors then record the names of those entering the confined space along with the times of entry and exit. When the people inside come out, the supervisors return the identification cards and confirm it. 6.
