How to deal with salt deposition on valves

The valve of the safety valve in the regeneration tower has developed salt deposits; I want to close this valve when replacing the safety valve. How should I proceed?
It gets stuck when fastening; I can only close it by one notch
For salts that crystallize easily, wasn’t there any flushing pipeline designed for them?
What should be done if crystallization occurs?
No, it’s closed. The safety valve at the top of the regenerator doesn’t work when steam is used for purging
The only option is to turn off the upstream shut-off valve and remove the safety valve for cleaning.
