Two is still preferable, taking into account the condition of the two sets of equipment operating at full load.
It depends on your specific situation; generally, one is enough, and it can be made larger.
It really depends on the actual circumstances; the liquid sulfur tank should not be too large. We have designed a capacity of 78,000 tons per year, and the liquid sulfur tank is sized to hold enough sulfur for two days. With two liquid sulfur tanks, heat tracing will require new piping, increasing costs.
Do we need a liquid flow filter? If there are issues with liquid flow filtration, feel free to ask me ；
2 units: leaks in the heaters and such, or clogs in the filters and similar issues have no impact
We have one liquid sulfur tank for our 80,000-ton capacity
