Oxygen-enriched combustion + two-stage Claus process + exhaust gas combustion + composite amine method for SO2 removal. 3. Oxygen-enriched combustion + two-stage Claus process + selective reduction + selective oxidation technology + exhaust gas combustion + ammonia water absorption for sulfuric acid production
Our process consists of conventional Claus process + three-stage conversion + incineration + alkaline desulfurization. It has been in operation for 8 months now, with all online parameters being within acceptable limits and stable performance.
All three processes can meet the requirements; the specific process to be used depends on the current situation of your company. Firstly, no new hazardous waste must be generated, the load on wastewater treatment plants must not increase, and the working intensity of employees must not be increased excessively. Once again, process operations should be automated as much as possible. Finally, the operation site must be clean and free of odors.
