Sulfur quality

We produce sulfur using Claus furnaces. The biggest problem at present is that although all other parameters of the sulfur are good, its iron content is relatively high, exceeding 0.5; in one case it even reached 0.9. As a result, it can only be considered qualified product. Is there any effective solution to this issue? I appreciate any help from everyone.
The key is for you to find out the reason behind the high iron content; otherwise, it will be very frustrating if this situation persists... Is the high iron content in the product caused by material corrosion?
