Solution: What processes are generally used for desulfurizing low-hydrogen sulfide waste gas? Can the Claus oxidation technology be used to reduce 1000 ppm to below 100 ppm?
Based on the gas volume, we have various process options available. If the gas volume is small, iron oxide desulfurization absorption is sufficient. If there is sufficient gas volume, use the wet method or the biological method.
For small gas volumes, the dry method is preferred; for larger volumes, the wet method is used to recover sulfur
Kraus oxidation is used for sulfur production; the process is relatively long and the investment required is high.

A set of LYSY complexed iron desulfurization methods can handle it; either DF888 or biological methods will work as well.

The sulfur content in your medium may not be that low, but you need to tell them how much of this gas your factory produces – whether it’s a few thousand cubic meters per year or hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per year.
