I would like to ask: where can one find the by-product sulfur from desulfurization, especially iron-based desulfurization? We want to find a stable supply source. The requirement is a low organic content; there are basically no requirements regarding inorganic substances. If possible, please send some samples.
Ask the refineries in various places; they all sell sulfur, but generally they have their own regular customers.

Yes, both refineries and coal chemical plants have sulfur, and there seems to be an excess of this substance these days.

OP, you need to consider how much stability you require If it’s 100,000 tons per year, finding a refinery willing to handle the entire annual volume should make it easy to negotiate both the price and shipping terms. If you don’t need 10 tons per year, it won’t be easy to find a refinery; it’s best to go straight to the chemical products market. In the trading of bulk chemical products, if we only discuss demand without specifying quantities, it’s difficult to negotiate directly with manufacturers. It’s like how we all need to consume salt every day; however, if we tried to negotiate a long-term supply contract with a salt factory, they would think we’re crazy. Therefore, we have no choice but to buy salt at the supermarket.
We are looking for by-products; the high-purity products used in refining are too expensive for us. A lower purity level is fine for us – as long as the color is light and there are no toxic pollutants present, that’s sufficient.

At the current scale, it’s 1-2 tons per day. There are no requirements regarding sulfur content; there are some requirements regarding particle size (95% > 50 μm). It may contain trace amounts of organic matter; too much of it places a heavy burden on wastewater treatment.
