After maintenance, a sulfur production furnace experienced excessive vibration during operation, forcing it to run at reduced load; please provide an analysis and suggest solutions.
Check the air distribution. If it is correct, try increasing the back pressure at the furnace outlet. We often encounter similar vibration problems as well. If nothing works despite these steps, it will likely be necessary to look for the cause in the internal design of the furnace; it’s possible that it has reached a resonance frequency
The lining comes off, the wall temperature is too high, the system deforms due to temperature rise, and the reinforcement strength is insufficient, resulting in vibration. It is recommended to check the treatment lining.
