Do all the utility corridors in the plant’s major maintenance period need to be replaced?

Everyone, I have a question: during the plant-wide major maintenance, certain systems in the utility corridors do not have any related tasks, and blind flanges have been installed to isolate each unit’s area as well. In such a case, does the entire utility conduit need to be replaced?
For those that require replacement due to maintenance work. Of course, if a full replacement is included in the maintenance plan, I also support that. Because safety comes first. It’s good to have a clear idea in mind.

This is not needed. If more items are to be added to these common pipe outlines, replacement will be required.
If there is no welding or work being carried out in the utility tunnel, then no gas displacement is necessary. Blind flanges have already been installed in the main areas, so it’s not needed outside as well, in my opinion!
If the public pipeline network does not require modification, it does not need to be replaced. The connected pipelines that were modified in the isolation area have been replaced and isolated with blind flanges; at least the source area has been cleaned
If the utility conduit can be completely separated from other device systems and there are no maintenance tasks to be carried out on it, then there is no need to replace it entirely. However, if some device replacements need to be carried out through the pipes in the pipe gallery, they are replaced together as well. Even if there are projects on the pipeline tray, it is possible to choose the pipes that need to be replaced or those that are at risk of being affected and replace them.
It’s not necessary for projects that don’t have such requirements, but in terms of fire safety management, the fire permits for public utility tunnels cannot be downgraded. The device for material return is of level two; for pipe galleries where the material has not been completely removed, level one is used.
