Selection of explosion-proof gaskets, waterproof gaskets, and explosion-proof sealants for wire conduit outlets

I have an outdoor project, and the gas environment is Zone 1 explosion-proof. The current plan is to twist the threads at the outlet of the wire conduit; after twisting, an explosion-proof gland is used to connect to the armored cable. The protection rating of this gland is IP65, and I believe this will achieve both explosion-proof and waterproof effects. The concern is that embedding the wire conduits is part of the initial civil engineering work; firstly, there’s a worry that the wall thickness of these conduits won’t meet the required standards, and secondly, dealing with such a large number of them in fixed locations makes construction difficult. I was wondering if anyone has any good solutions? I see there is a type of explosion-proof putty that I haven’t used yet. If I use that putty, do I still need to apply Gran as well? Please let those who are experts give their opinions.
