Dear experts, my company is a sole proprietorship. Do we need to hire a supervision unit for the installation of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines? Please provide the relevant regulatory basis, thank you!

If your company has its own engineering department with professional engineers to manage contractors, then it’s not necessary. If it relies solely on contractors, then hire them. The former is more reliable than the latter.
For the final acceptance inspection of the project, the supervision unit is also required to affix its seal; it is recommended to engage them.
