Winter anti-freezing

I used to work at a chemical plant in the north, where we had to take measures to prevent condensation and freezing during winter. Now that I’m in the south, is it not necessary to do such things here?
Check the temperature in your area during winter – if it’s not below zero, then there’s little point in taking any anti-freezing measures
It depends; of course, there’s nothing wrong with insulating it as well.
Pay attention to the weather forecast; it can get below zero in the south as well.
In the south, as long as the temperature is not below zero, materials generally do not need to be protected from freezing, unless they are substances with a high freezing point that tend to crystallize; in such cases, heating is still required in the south.
The workload for frost protection is indeed much less, but protection against heat and corrosion/insulation are still necessary!
Electric heat tracing is also used in the south
The south also needs this: water pipes and similar systems require a continuous flow of water; when the vacuum pump stops operating, the circulating water must be drained, and after the sewage pump finishes working, the water within it must be emptied as well
