They should proactively meet the requirements related to major projects such as the million-ton ethylene plant in Luoyang and other chemical projects under construction in various cities. It is necessary to strictly carry out inspections and rectifications to address safety hazards in key areas such as gas and hazardous chemicals. Additionally, efforts should be made to ensure an adequate supply of production resources such as coal, electricity, oil, and transportation services during winter and the Spring Festival, so as to achieve full-capacity production and revenue growth. A responsible official from Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group said that the series of policies introduced by the provincial government closely meet the needs of the petrochemical industry, providing strong impetus for enterprises to achieve full production and improved efficiency in the first quarter.
