Construction issues of low-voltage distribution cabinets

I’m seeking experts in this field to help me solve a problem. I manufacture complete sets of equipment, and some of these devices include electrical components. I need to incorporate these electrical devices into low-voltage distribution cabinets for control purposes. What’s the problem here? Should I go to a design firm to get drawings for the distribution cabinet, and then use those drawings to approach the manufacturers of distribution cabinets so that they can build one for me? Also, what qualifications does a design institute need to be able to design power distribution systems?
The distribution cabinets are purchased directly from external suppliers; the functions you design are likely already existing designs provided by the cabinet manufacturers, which saves a lot of trouble!
