Can the tank transfer oil line be combined with the feed line?

Can the oil collection pipeline for tank transfer be connected directly to the feed line after coming out of the tank transfer pump? Can it still only be connected to the feed assembly in front of the tank?
It is not recommended to do this. The pipeline used for transferring liquid is generally thicker, while the feed pipeline may be relatively thinner; in other words, the flow rate during transfer is usually higher than that during reception, which could lead to conditions where the medium moves faster than the allowable speed.
