You are just one of the many technicians in the workshop, but from what you’ve written, it seems to me that your actions and behavior are those of a workshop supervisor/production manager. I wonder if you realize it yourself, but you don’t act like a typical workshop technician at all. Or rather, you unconsciously crossed the boundary deeply.
Thank you very much; the issue has been resolved. It was mainly a matter of the approach to communication between the two parties. I asked a colleague from my original company to explain why they acted that way, and it turned out to be a communication problem; once that was understood, there were no more issues!
