By focusing on the consolidation of supervision resources, the combination of various oversight efforts, and the enhancement of their effectiveness, it has achieved a synergistic supervision effect where \"1+1>2\". Jingmen Petrochemical identifies units with high levels of specialized management, a large number of capital-intensive projects, and significant risks related to integrity as key targets for supervision under the \"joint inspection and audit\" approach, making comprehensive use of the methods of inspection, interviews, and investigations in inspections, as well as verification, comparison, and evaluation in audits. The audit department promptly forwards any identified irregularities in funds, contract flaws, and other suspicious issues to the inspection team for further investigation of responsibilities, while the inspection team passes on information related to economic matters obtained through interviews to the audit department for professional verification. This creates an efficient collaborative framework in which the audit department handles the examination of documents to identify problems, and the inspection team uses interviews to determine responsibilities, thereby enabling the precise identification of potential risks. In addition, Jingmen Petrochemical conducts in-depth analysis and assessment of the issues identified through inspections and audits using the \"five tracing and regression\" approach; it transfers the typical problems and systemic deficiencies that are exposed as a result to the relevant authorities, thereby promoting specialized remedial actions and systematic solutions. During the \"joint inspection\" oversight in 2025, the company identified and addressed 20 issues across 6 areas, while optimizing 7 business processes or management mechanisms.
