Establish and improve a management system for special equipment, dynamically update laws, regulations, standards, norms, and company policies, and encourage frontline managers to develop the habit of checking and adhering to these standards ; Standardize the special equipment records of the company to ensure that the data is accurate in real time and remains valid over the long term. Technology empowers and enhances management efficiency. Actively promote the intelligent and information-based management of special equipment, and maintain in a timely manner the smart safety supervision system for such equipment as well as the digital connectivity management system for safety valves, so as to enable data to be utilized more effectively and improve management efficiency. Strengthen training to improve the quality of the team. Industry standardization experts and experienced technical personnel are invited to conduct training on relevant laws, regulations, and standards, thereby providing professional expertise to equipment management at the grassroots level. This series of standardized management measures has bridged the “last mile” in the implementation of special equipment management, thereby laying a solid foundation for the standardized management of special equipment at grassroots units. At the same time, the Storage and Transportation Department also took prompt action, focusing on improving employees’ capabilities as a way to fulfill its primary responsibilities, and implemented tiered training within the workshops. Workshop-level training focuses on explaining regulations and standards to ensure employees are aware of them ; Team-level training reinforces operating procedures to ensure that employees follow them properly ; Position-level training focuses on risk identification, aiming to enhance employees’ ability to identify risks. At the same time, strengthen assessment efforts, establish and improve a closed-loop mechanism for internal self-inspection, notification, and evaluation, and refine equipment records to ensure that the information on each piece of special equipment is complete and its historical records are traceable. “Previously, the management of special equipment was driven by departments and workshops; now, the personnel in charge are responsible for it themselves – they must not only carry out regular inspections on a daily basis but also truly assume management responsibilities. ”Xiao Defa said. At the same time, the workshop pays close attention to the weak points in equipment management, regularly conducts special inspections, and continuously strengthens the safety safeguards for special equipment, thereby ensuring the high-quality development of the company.
