According to relevant requirements set out in the Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s “Notice on Publishing the List of Pilot Parks for the Establishment of a Three-Level Environmental Emergency Response System for Sudden Water Pollution Incidents in Chemical Industrial Parks, as Well as the ‘One Park, One Strategy, One Map’ Initiative (Second Batch)”, on December 25, 2025, the Jiujiang Hukou High-Tech Industrial Park in Jiangxi Province (hereinafter referred to as the Hukou Park) completed all the required pilot tasks and passed the inspection. The acceptance team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the progress of the pilot project through on-site inspections, document reviews, and discussions, and unanimously agreed that the establishment of a three-level environmental emergency response system for sudden water pollution incidents in the Hukou Industrial Park, along with the implementation of the \"one park, one strategy, one plan\" initiative, had achieved the intended goals. This approach set a model for the implementation of such initiatives in chemical industrial parks across the country, and the team approved the project for acceptance. The acceptance team recommended that the Hukou Park use this acceptance as an opportunity to further deepen, refine, and optimize the **-level pilot projects, systematically organize innovative measures and practical experiences, continuously enhance the effectiveness of these efforts, and truly play a role in setting examples and providing guidance. Next, Jiangxi Province will strictly follow the inspection opinions provided by the Emergency Response Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as well as the expert groups, further strengthen and refine the pilot projects. It will polish and optimize the results achieved in the Hukou Industrial Park, systematically identify replicable and scalable \"Jiangxi models,\" and effectively enhance the region’s capacity to prevent environmental risks and respond to emergencies, thereby laying a solid foundation for strengthening ecological and environmental safety safeguards.
