Issues with using scaffolding inside the automatic bottom cover machine tower for inspection

An internal inspection of the coke tower is generally carried out every two years; with the introduction of automatic bottom cover machines, how should the scaffolding be set up? Entering from under the chute, where are the support points for that shelf?
As long as we want to conduct an inspection and tell the scaffolder which area we need to check, they will set it up for us
