I would like to ask the experts in compound fertilizers: among the various production processes for compound fertilizers, such as high-tower, spray-drying, and drum methods, which one is relatively more difficult to control in terms of stability? Do high-tower compound fertilizer products require anti-caking agents?
High-tower products require the addition of anti-caking agents. Without such agents, proper production control can prevent caking for about a month; the use of anti-caking agents allows for longer periods without caking. In my opinion, in terms of process stability, spraying is the most stable, followed by high towers, and then drum processes. Different varieties have varying levels of stability.
