A tower crane collapsed at a construction site in Shandong, killing 3 people; all construction projects in the region have been halted! On the morning of October 5, a tower crane collapsed during its installation at a construction site in Dingtao District by Huasheng Crane Installation Co., Ltd. in Heze City, Shandong Province; the accident resulted in 3 deaths, and the exact cause is under investigation. Dingtao County Construction and Development Corporation issued an \"Urgent Notice\": requiring all of the company’s construction projects to cease operations immediately and to conduct a thorough inspection for safety hazards.
Today, two oil tankers exploded in Dongying again; since October, there have been quite a number of incidents in Shandong.
