During the alkaline washing in the alkaline washing tower, as the concentration of the alkali increases, the solubility of sodium carbonate decreases. Why?
You mean the solubility, right? Under the same temperature and pressure conditions, the solubility of a substance in water does not change. When the liquid level remains unchanged, a higher concentration of alkaline solution indicates an increase in the amount of alkali and a decrease in the amount of water. With less water content, the amount of sodium carbonate that can dissolve is naturally reduced as well.
