The reasons for the fluctuations in the pressure at the top of the stabilizer are that there is an excess of C5 in the liquefied gas at that location; in severe cases, the C5 content exceeds 10%, and the pressure fluctuates periodically.
It is possible that the exhaust gas control valve used to regulate the pressure at the top of the control tower is not properly designed
With so much C5, the liquefied gas doesn’t meet the standards
It can be considered from two aspects: either there is too much non-condensable gas in the tower or the tower’s load is too high. If it’s not one of these issues, then there is a problem with the tower’s internal components, and operations need to be halted
