How to calculate the methanol inventory on the trays of a tray absorber?

Lurgi low-temperature methanol wash is used to absorb acid gas. Given the diameter of the first absorption tower, the total number of trays, and the total pressure difference, how can the amount of methanol stored in all the trays of the tower be determined when the height of the overflow weir is unknown?
