Let’s discuss: are there any new materials and new processes available for corrosion protection in current coking desulfurization towers?

I have applied thin coats (less than 300 microns) of metal nano-polymer coatings inside desulfurization towers as a substitute for vinyl resin glass flake linings, and the results have been quite good. It mainly addresses the corrosion of low-temperature, humid flue gas and metal surfaces within desulfurization towers.
