Can any expert explain the function and control indicators of this line in the fractionation tower?
I’ve been working for a year and I can’t understand a flow chart.
Your position should be the position of heavy diesel oil. However, the reflux of the fractionation tower is usually extracted from the lower tray and returned to the upper tray. Yours is an up-out and bottom-in method, and there is no heat extraction and heating equipment. . . . .
It's just the function of the downcomer. If you look at the tower internals diagram, it looks like it's just a liquid channel.
Stratifier, the separated materials are incompatible. The separator is used to effectively control the materials in the tower still and the top of the tower, which has a great influence on the tower pressure.
There is no intolerance, it is not an extraction tower.
Sorry, I thought it was a catalytic cracking fractionating tower!
This design should be reasonable, but I’m not sure what it means.
Why is the downcomer designed outside? I have never seen this design before.
