Last year, our factory had to initiate maintenance work ahead of schedule due to problems with the internals of the synthesis tower. Moreover, the activity of the synthesis catalyst was decreasing, and the system pressure was too high, requiring increased venting; operating the furnace under such conditions was very uneconomical, so we took the opportunity to replace it as well； After replacing the catalyst, power consumption was reduced by about one-twelfth.
