It looks like a multi-stage pump; the thin tubes are for shaft seal flushing water
Multi-stage centrifugal pump: two small tubes, one for cooling the bearings and the other for balance
The thin tube above is the mechanical seal flushing tube (positive pressure), while the thin tube below is the thrust disc balance tube.
