The integrity of the cooling water pipelines has also been checked and found to be fine; yet the temperature rises significantly once the pump starts running. What could be the cause of this? Should there be a standard for the cooling water outlet temperature of the pump-driven cooler? Will the self-flushing flow rate of the pump seal increase?
The assembly precision needs to be checked.
If the water temperature at the inlet of the cooler is very similar to that at the outlet, it is basically due to an issue inside the cooler. If it’s taken apart and checked, it will definitely be possible to find out. If there’s still no problem, then it might be an issue with the type of heat exchanger.

The question you’ve asked, OP, isn’t very clear. Are you asking about the high temperature of the pump? Is the pump bearing housing temperature still high? 1. The self-sealing flushing fluid is at 90°C after passing through the cooler; do you mean it’s too high? But does 90°C affect the operation of the mechanical seal? Need to confirm! 2. Is the pump temperature high? What is the temperature of the medium itself? You didn’t provide it. What is the temperature difference before and after passing through the cooler? 3. Self-sealing: A water film is formed between the dynamic and static sealing rings. At high temperatures, this film can easily vaporize, but this also depends on the pressure – what is the pressure of the sealing water? I guess you mean that the cooling effect is poor; the self-sealing flushing water comes out of the cooler at 90°C, which is a high temperature. But what do you mean by how much is appropriate? Poor cooling effect? What is the design capacity of the cooler itself? I’m completely confused by these questions you’ve asked. The temperature of the medium itself is high; if circulating water is used for the cooling water layer, scaling is likely to occur. Circulating water is already quite dirty, and it isn’t soft water either.

What is the temperature of the cooling water you provide? We have experienced this too, and the reason is that the temperature of the water we supply is a bit high
