The pump was recently overhauled; after the work was done, its performance wasn’t good – it barely produced any flow. The diaphragm, plunger, inlet and outlet check valves, as well as the packing, were replaced. Whoever has relevant information, please share it. Thank you in advance; I’ll reward you generously. It’s a double-diaphragm pump; I don’t understand how to handle the space between the two diaphragms right now
Pumps of this type require frequent maintenance. It’s less hassle than with Minton-Ro pumps; the four Minton-Ro pumps in use since 2013 have required almost no maintenance. It’s this pump that needs to be repaired almost every month

The pressure gauge for leak detection should be connected between the two diaphragms; if one of the diaphragms is damaged, pressure will build up on the inside. The valve in the pump head should be a check valve that allows the oil used for the pump head’s diaphragm to return to the crankcase.
I hope there is specific information on metering pumps on the forum, including details on various faults
Is the gap between the plunger and the cylinder liner large? It’s possible that the cylinder liner is worn out. Also, how is the head clearance adjustment? Is it too large? There are also check valves for oil filling and drainage – is there a problem with their installation?
By the way, dual diaphragms – has it been vented?
Different oil types? Going back to the crankcase will cause mixing, won’t it?
