The newly replaced reciprocating compressor oil – the outlet is closed. The screw pump is started, but there is no pressure; all air has been removed. The coupling is turned manually, and oil flows out from the outlet. The outlet is closed again, and the pump is started, yet still there is no pressure at all. What’s going on?
Check if there’s a problem with the directional valve at the gas station
Don’t your reciprocating pumps come with shaft-mounted gear pumps? I still think there’s an issue with emptying; it’s hard to see any other explanation~~~
Be more specific – is it a reciprocating compressor or a screw pump? I think it’s about changing the oil in the reciprocating compressor, with a screw pump supplying oil to the compressor, right? Is a turntable a screw pump? But neither screw pumps nor reciprocating compressors should be started with the outlet closed
It would be best to take a video and post it. Is your pump driven by a motor or by the main unit? Check the motor direction, check the front filter, and check whether the oil pump is rotating when starting the machine.
It is possible that the motor wiring is incorrect, causing the oil pump to run in reverse.
Check the direction of the motor, whether the current is normal, and if there are any issues with the pilot valve seat
The screw pump is equipped with its own safety valve; when the outlet is closed, the safety valve activates and forces everything to flow back to the inlet!
