Can a screw pump replace a metering pump? ?
Different traffic ranges cannot be substituted for each other in all situations.
What if it’s within the same range? ? Can the flow rate be adjusted using a knob, just like with a metering pump? ? ?
If the flow rate is reduced, what will be the head pressure?
The metering pumps referred to by the original poster are generally diaphragm or piston-type metering pumps. In cases of high flow rates, a screw pump can be considered as an alternative, with the flow rate being adjusted via frequency conversion.
