The sight glass of the operating pump in the unit gets dirty easily, making it impossible to see the oil level inside clearly. The new sight glass became blurry after being used for a while, making it impossible to see the oil level inside. What causes it? Is there any good solution? Thank you. Extra points. If the sight glass is dirty, replace it with a new one. It’s possible that some units of poor quality wear out quickly; in such cases, the machine should be shut down, the oil drained, and the sight glass cleaned.
Just replace it with a constant-level oil filler cap, and that’s it. It allows for clear visibility as well as the ability to apply lubricant.
If the outside of the view mirror is dirty, clean it during inspection. If the inside of the view mirror is dirty, it indicates that the quality of the oil has deteriorated and it’s time to change the oil
First is the material issue, and second is that the lubricating oil is too dirty; a constant-level oil filler cap would be better.
We have encountered the same problem. There’s no other choice but to wipe and clean it regularly.
Dirty medium has leaked into the oil cup. The mechanical seal is leaking.
Replace regularly and clean dirt at set intervals
It would be very intuitive if oil cups could be added at those locations!
This is quite normal; a light source should suffice for that.
