The Changsha Swan horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump has a rotation speed of 2950 r/min and a head of 500 m; its model is DY25-50X10. Party A is too lazy to write it, so they asked me to help draft the technical requirements; complexity isn’t a concern. I haven’t written it either; I hope those who have the relevant information can help me. Thank you! There’s another issue I can’t figure out. This pump is designed to use diesel, and when we test it with water, everything works fine and the mechanical seal doesn’t leak. So why does it have a slight leakage when diesel is used? When the flashlight shone on it, many dust-like oil droplets flew out from the shaft hole area.
It can be prepared by referring to the maintenance procedures for multi-stage centrifugal pumps in Volume 1 of the Maintenance Procedures for Petrochemical Equipment

Diesel has strong penetration; there must be a problem with the O-ring at the static seal between the mechanical seal shaft sleeve and the pump shaft
The technical requirements mainly include the fit between the impeller mouth ring and the pump casing mouth ring, the fit between the shaft sleeves between impeller stages and the guide vane sleeves, the series and semi-series amounts, the radial runout of the shaft sections, the radial runout of the rotor, the compression amount of the mechanical seal, and so on
