Sealing leakage problem in screw oil pumps

Our unit has a screw oil pump, and the mechanical seal leaks when the pump is running, but there is no leakage when it is stopped or restarted. What is the reason for this?
Are the sound and vibration of the screw pump normal? Vibration or gas inside the pump could be causing the mechanical seal to leak!

I don’t understand either – is it oil leakage when the machine is turned on, or oil leakage when it’s in standby mode? ? ? ?
It should be a leakage during operation; there’s no leakage when the pump is stopped, right?
In other words, the pump was originally running, stopped for some reason, and then started running again after a while
Leaked on the first start-up, but no leakage on the second start-up
It could be that the static sealing element is damaged, such as the O-ring inside the shaft sleeve
