I’m new to this. When the pump is started, sometimes the outlet pipeline vibrates and shakes, while at other times it’s the return pipeline that vibrates. What’s the difference between the two, and what are the causes? What is the best way to handle this? I hope the experts can give me some advice!
The pressure fluctuations of the fluid exiting the system, due to pressure instability, cause fluid shock at the bends and sections where the cross-section changes in the pipeline; such shocks can induce natural vibrations in the pipeline or valves.

First, verify that the outlet return pipeline is properly installed, and that the pipe supports are not loose or detached. After addressing these issues, check for any abnormal vibrations when starting the pump with the outlet valve still closed. When opening the outlet valve, it’s advisable to do so gradually; it’s normal for sudden increases in flow rate to cause fluid pressure to impact the pipelines and resulting vibrations. Also, by the return pipeline you mentioned, do you mean the pipeline from the pump outlet back to the inlet, or the pipeline for returning the product?
What kind of pump is it, is the selection correct, and was the pumping process proper? Is the bracket placement appropriate?

Is the outlet return pipeline properly installed? Are the pipe supports in the correct positions and free from looseness or detachment? Is the equipment selected appropriately? Are the pressure and flow rates too high, etc.? Impeller cutting is considered to meet the process requirements.
Whether the pipelines are properly installed and fixed, whether the pumps start and stop slowly, whether the pipe diameters in the process flow match the pump’s flow rate and head, and whether there is any gas such as air in the system pipelines.
I remembered when I was a child, the phenomenon of the water pipe shaking continuously when the tap was turned halfway on; Occasionally, air resistance is considered; this phenomenon has always been present, so the manufacturing process needs to be taken into account. After running it, try to open the drain pipeline to check the water discharge situation.
