When a three-screw oil pump is in operation, what signs can be used to determine that the filter screen before the pump is clogged?

A decrease in outlet pressure is one of the most obvious indicators
Abnormal noises, increased vibration. The pipeline will also produce corresponding abnormal noises. There’s also the issue mentioned above of reduced outlet pressure, or checking the flow meter
The filter element must be clogged; the noise should be continuous. But if there is a intermittent clicking sound, along with fluctuations in the pressure gauge behind the pump, what could be the cause?
