The currently set nitrogen pressure is 0.2 MPA, while the pressure of the dry gas produced is 0.08 MPA. The liquid collection tank is filled to about half its capacity in around 5 days, which is roughly 10 liters. Is it necessary to replace the machine seal? Can the pressure be increased, for example to 0.3 MPA for nitrogen and 0.11 MPA at the outlet, in order to reduce leaks?

As soon as you said it, I understood right away. A dry gas seal functions as a safety seal
Firstly, the main seal is definitely leaking; according to API682 standards, the leakage rate should be 2 drops per hour. Secondly, the nitrogen pressure behind the valve is a bit low – it would be better if it reached 0.2 MPa.

The standard is 0.07; 0.12 represents an overstatement
