For small-flow specialty pumps as well, why do some have auxiliary oil pumps while others don’t? What is the difference? Are there any relevant materials you can share?

Those with an oil pump use forced lubrication, while those without it use splash lubrication. If it’s a Tiande model, you can check the nameplate: GSB-F uses splash lubrication, while GSB-Q uses forced lubrication. You can ask the manufacturer; we don’t produce this type of pump, so I’m not very familiar with it either.

Splashing lubrication is the same as the lubrication method used in ordinary mechanical pumps, right?

Ordinary pumps generally use lubrication methods such as oil baths, slinger rings, and oil splash plates, while the splash lubrication mechanism of high-speed pumps should differ to some extent from that of ordinary centrifugal pumps. Take a look at the pump’s cross-section diagram.
I really don’t have any cross-sectional views; this type of pump has an inducer wheel at its inlet, the impeller features open straight blades, and its sealing mechanism is different from that of ordinary centrifugal pumps.
